What we collect

Only what you type into the form on the request page:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• Your description of the problem, if you write one

We do not ask for your email address, your street address, or anything about your finances. There is no account to create and no password to forget.

What we do not do

• No analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies anywhere on this site.
• No selling or renting your details to data brokers or marketplaces.
• No newsletter, and no marketing messages from us.

The one third-party script on this site is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the request form only. It is there to block automated submissions. Every other page loads no JavaScript at all.

Who we share it with

Red Clay Foundation Pros shares your name, phone number, ZIP code and description with one local foundation contractor, so that contractor can contact you about your project. That is the purpose of the form and the only routine sharing we do.

Once your details reach that contractor, their own privacy practices apply to their copy. Ask them directly if you want to know what they do with it.

How long we keep it

Your request arrives in our email inbox and a copy is stored for 7 days, after which it is deleted automatically. The short window exists for one reason: if a request goes missing, we can find it and chase it. Our email records of requests we have forwarded are kept longer as ordinary business correspondence.

Your choices

• Deletion. Email us and we will delete your stored copy and confirm. We cannot delete the copy already sent to the contractor, but we will tell you who they are so you can ask them.
• Access. Ask and we will tell you what we hold, if the retention window has not already cleared it.
• Correction. Email us and we will pass a correction to the contractor.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their details.

Security

The site and the form run on Cloudflare. Submissions travel over HTTPS. No system is perfect, so we limit the risk by collecting very little and keeping it briefly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. Requests already submitted are handled under the policy in force when you sent them.
